I am so excited to finally show you the nursery and have it ready to go for Augie bear!

Putting this room together has been such a fun project, and now I am feeling ready to get going on Rooney’s big girl room! I wanted to go for something neutral for Augie’s room that would last a long time and could be used with multiple babies. We did a bunny room for Rooney and I loved it, but by the time came and we found out we were having a boy, I wanted to switch it all up to something more gender neutral! I also needed to do a lot of this on a budget since we just finished the house remodel, our funds haven’t been crazy high.

I know that you typically have a nursery done prior to the baby being born, but dont’ feel overwhelmed if you don’t before your baby is born and give yourself time and no pressure to complete your project!

We used Rooney’s old dresser for this room which is from Ikea. It is such a clean classic dresser that works great for little baby clothing organization. For his rug we bought it from a friend but it came from West Elm, so we found that second hand and if you are on a budget this a great item to find secondhand or used!

The shelves on the wall above his dresser we found from amazon, linked here. I also have been building a collection of books that he can grow into but also that have fun beautiful covers. I love having books for my babies and especially love when they can double for decor in his room!

We also worked with Scandiborn for some amazing pieces for this room. This store is by far in my top 5 stores, they have such amazing products with incredible quality. Our Lion Rug and bouncer are both from there. On the entrance wall and the two side walls we have Decals from Modern Maxwell. They are so easy to use and perfect for any space. They don’t tear off paint and they add the perfect touch!

The World Map on the wall is from Gathre who is running a sale through tonight, November 25, and is so darling. We have their world map on the wall, but we also have so many others of their mats and they are beautiful esthetically and also versatile for many uses. These shelves in these images are from IKEA kids section, and are the perfect BOOK shelves for a low wall like this.

A lot of you have commented on my love for WildBird based on these images and you are so right. I wear my babies pretty much exclusively the first year of their life and so I love having options and colors, and I will 100% hand these down to my daughters and my daughter in laws one day! They hold so many memories for me. I will always remember wearing my babies close to my chest.

Overall this room really was majorly affordable and turned out perfect for us! A little bit of classic with the perfect amount of color for my liking!    I will list all the brand below for you to see them all and have links to their accounts!
